Municipal Pool Project Updates – May 2025

2025 Bond Passed

On May 3, 2025, voters approved the 2025 Bond Measure to fund a brand new municipal pool complex.

The original cost estimate and conceptual design shown below were created for preliminary planning and community outreach. With the passage of the bond, the City will enter the formal development process.

The City will begin accepting proposals for a design-bid-build contract, which will initiate:

Demolition of the existing aging municipal pools
Construction of:
- A new lap pool designed for competitive and recreational swimming
- A zero-entry pool for children and families
- Updated surrounding amenities such as shade structures, entrance, and pool room.

This marks the beginning of a detailed, phased process that ensures quality, safety, and sustainability for future generations.
