Building

The Building Department reviews plans, inspects construction, and issues permits for all development in the City of Seabrook. This department also handles all permits, including fill, demolition, and sign permits.

Work requiring permits cannot start until the Building Department issues the permit. Permit applications must be reviewed and approved by department staff, and all fees are calculated at that time. We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, and Visa payments for building permits and registrations. Online payments are available once registered.
